If, upon preloading of maps, there is a “Undefined error”, this will most probably be caused by too many calls to the Norwegian Mapping Authority’s servers over a too short period of time. We will be rectifying this in future releases.
If you can’t locate the app in Google Play, please check that your contents filter is set to “All”. You should also set maturity to “low”. Thank you in advance for letting your friends know.

I have been using Norgeskart since it was launched. I just got a new galaxy xcover pro. Despite having activated gps and ticked off speed, speed does not show. Why?
Hi. It is probably because we now only display GPS-data when map center is set to be own location. You must press the location button in the lower right part of the map. Also, the speed is only displayed if the GPS has reported a speed for the last location.
In the future, we will improve the display of GPS-information etc that we have in the information-box.
Hei. Jeg har laget ruter i OziExplorer og kovertert dem fra .plt til gpx. Jeg lagrer dem deretter i Google Disk. Tidligere kunne jeg gå i Google Disk og åpne filen, da ble ruten importert direkte i Norgeskart appen. Dette fungerer plutselig ikke. Nå blir gpx-filen bare åpnet som en tekstfil. Kan dere hjelpe meg med problemet?

Det skyldes nok at du har satt en annen app som standard app for åpning av gpx. Du kan prøve følgende:

I paid for the pro version, but I can’t get it to log in on my new phone after my old phone broke. It wants me to pay before I can even sign in.
Hi. On Android, you must use the same Google account in order for your subscription to be active. Subscriptions are connected with the Google account used when installing the app.
If you have switched to another operating system (iOS <-> Android), you must buy a new subscription as the subscriptions are handled by Apple Appstore and Google Play store.

Jeg har proversjonen på min nye android telefon. Jeg lastet inn mine ruter, spor og punkter. Når jeg nå forsøker å laste opp min ruter til serveren så får jeg en rød melding: Export failed with code: null msg:xx000:parse… mer klarer jeg ikke å lese i displayet. Jeg har restartet og det samme skjer igjen.
Hvordan kommer jeg videre?
Hei. Bruker fant selv ut at dette skyldtes punkter som hadde blitt importert som ruter og dermed ble ruter med kun 1 punkt. Dette godtas ikke ved opplasting til server. Vi vil legge inn ytterligere sjekker ved import av filer slik at dette ikke skal kunne oppstå.
The cultural heritage map layer is still not working
Hi. The cultural heritage map has been updated and is working both on iOS and Android. But you must upgrade to the lastes version of the app and zoom in to zoom level 15 before seeing anything in the map. If you still have problems, please contact us at norgeskart@avinet.no

If the app displays GPS coordinates in red it is the location of the center of the map / cross. If the location is in black, it is the GPS location (when map center is set to follow GPS location). Could this explain your difference?
You must also be sure that your GPS and phone/PC displays the coordinates in the same format (decimal degrees, minutes or seconds). If not, they can not be directly compared.
